We as retailers are obliged to accept and dispose of old electrical and electronic equipment of the same type free of charge when an electrical and electronic equipment is handed over to consumers.

When we deliver the new device, we will take the old device with us upon request for a transport fee. At a later date, consumers can send electrical and electronic devices of the same type to Mikes Toolshop, Gewerbegebiet 6, 5121 Ostermiething, Austria. The costs of shipping are borne by the consumers. In both cases, please contact us on +43 (0)6278 93080 to agree on the next steps.

We accept device batteries from everyone and dispose of them properly.

Regardless of disposal by our company, consumers can dispose of their electrical and electronic devices or their device batteries free of charge at collection points run by municipalities or municipal associations as well as at collection points run by manufacturers of electrical and electronic devices or device batteries.
