The HIT-M is the first and only mobile device for creating a visually seamless edge. Using hot air injection technology, all commercially available seamless edges with a functional layer can be processed – without the use of additional adhesive.

The HIT-M is versatile and ideal for complex components. It demonstrates its strengths particularly in free-form shapes or tight radii.

Perfectly straight, angled, curved, and round sheet materials as well as molded parts can be processed. Angled cutting surfaces of up to 55° are easily achieved.

The operating temperature is reached within seconds of switching on the unit. Time-consuming color changes or cleaning of a glue pot are no longer necessary with the HIT-M.

AREA OF APPLICATION

  • Ideal for larger molded parts and for use on construction sites.
  • For panel materials with edge heights of up to 65 mm

ADVANTAGES

  • For sloping panel edges, the support plate can be swiveled up to 50°.
  • Automatic edge feed with edge detection as a stop function.
  • A clear arrangement of the controls makes working with the HIT-M easy and intuitive.
